4. Virtual currency and payments
Any Moola balances, paid features, fees, refunds, and other payment terms must be described clearly in the applicable product rules before purchase. Do not assume Moola is cash or can be exchanged for cash.
5. Moderation and availability
ENIGMA may investigate reports and take proportionate action under published rules. Service availability and features may change, subject to applicable law and any rights users have.
